I joined a gym and paid everything up front. I was asked to electronicly sign
some papers I thought was for 4 personal training sessions I ask why I was signing so much and was told it was just protection for the gym in the event
I got hurt at the gym so I signed. Then 62 days later I was informed by the general manager that I was late on my payment I ask what payment he then
informed me I had signed up for a year of personal training for $1400.00 a year
I told him that I had paid everything up front. I was not given a copy of what
I had signed for so I had no ideal I was behind on any amount. I tried to talk with the general manager and the person that had me sign but all they
keep saying was that I had signed and there was nothing they could do. I
even sent a certified letter to the owner but he has never contacted me as of today 6-7. Beware of signing anything at a gym. Get a copy
