I signed up for personal training with Compel Fitness on March 29, expecting to receive two training sessions per week for one year. I was told when I signed up that someone would contact me to schedule the sessions, but that never happened. So on April 10th, I canceled the membership, and was told that I would receive a refund.
On May 7th, I received a call from a third-party collection agency asking for my May payment. I then sent an email to Compel Fitness through their website, hoping to reach and receive a reply from the corporate office. To this date I haven't received a refund, nor have I gotten a reply to the email I sent.
