I got a service charge to my account with T-Mobile, from My Mobile Care for a service I du not recognized.
I do not approved this service nor receive any benefits from it and I believe it is a mistaken, virus, or an online scum. I was calling to the number T-mobile give to me and the customer representative told me that in order to receive my money back I need to ask in writing to one address he give me. My request letter I sent return to me after 4 days saying that cannot be delivered.
