In car blue tooth device/back massage

At the beginning of December I ordered an in car blue tooth device, the company has contacted me saying the delay is due to floods! Later in December I ordered a homemedics (hope it's spelled correctly) back massage, neither have turned up, although a nice young man told me he would investigate not heard anything yet
