Gsmmonster.com I bought 3 blue tooth headsets that clearly stated that they are new headsets and they are not new

I bought 3 blue tooth headsets that clearly stated that they are new headsets on their website and they are not new... They were used and dirty. I contacted their company via their online contact form and have yet heard back from them. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company and file a BBB report against them.
