Terrible experience

I purchased groupon voucher for a Bluetooth World ICE device as a present in October.By the beginning of December I had sent numerous emails to Bluetooth World and Groupon asking when the ICE would be despatched. Finally AFTER Xmas Bluetooth World said I haven't paid for the postage (which I proved I had) and then that I hadn't paid enough postage (I paid what they asked for through paypal.) In january even after I said I no long wanted the item Bluetooth World sent jolly emails that the ice device would be posted soon. I asked Groupon for a full refund in December and told that they had to investigate. Until evenually I was assured that I would receive one in 14 days. This was over one month ago. And then on 14th February the ICE device arrived on my doorstep. I have informed Bluetooth world that I will not spend yet more money on postage but they need to send me a pre-paid envelope and I will post the most unwanted device back. Groupon have been totally useless NOT responding to emails or saying they are investigating. I emailed Groupon on 15th February to say the device had been sent even though I have cancelled the order in Dec. They actually sent me an email today saying that it had come to their attention that the device had been posted. I will now be contacting Trading Standards and my bank for a refund.
