I bought a Bluetooth Z9i headset. Shipping was fast. Product arrived and it was obvious that the package had been opened and resealed. Tamper proof seal was out of alignment. Tape seal was wrinkled. The power cord plastic bag had been opened and taped. The power cord had clearly been rewound. This Item was USED. It turned on but the sound was horrible. Very poor reception, extremely full of static and continual volume changes up and down and cut offs very broken speech when it came through the static. There were some clear moments but they would not last more than a few sentences. Tested on Brand New Palm Treo 755P and Brand new Palm Centro. Someone had certainly returned this item as defective. Niwirelss feels that if the device turns on, IT WORKS! How can they send out any item they want, call it new when it obviosly isn't and then say "sorry No RETURNS on Blue Tooth items. I agree with the prvious poster. This is a SCAM. Howcan I prove the package was opened before I got it? N1wirless said it must have been opened in transit because they never sell used Blue Tooth because they accept No Returns. Yet they do advertise some Open Box Blue Tooth items. N1Wireless offered to sell me a different Blue Tooth Headset (also with no return) because I responded in 5 days after purchase. They said they would give me credit for this one once I paid for the new one and sent this one back to them. Burned once I should buy another (possibly used) item that I also can not return? Fool me once...
