I had phoned telus 3 weeks ago to clear up a phone bill. Mobshack had been billing me 9.99 a week to use their services. I do not know anything about mobshack and my bill came to around $73. I phoned Telus and was on the phone for quite some time trying to resolve this problem. The agent told me that she would give me this one time offer to take this amount off of my bill. I was happy and thought the problem has been resolved now this month's bill shows that the balance was just carried over. Telus was unwilling to help me with this problem and i have no way of contacting mobshack, i would really appreciate some help. Telus is a very large company and they will not resolve this problem.
