These monies were added onto my Telus bill by Voxtel for services that I did not request or authorize. Telus has an agreement with Voxtel to charge their services onto Telus billing! Telus has agreed that I was unjustly charged for a service that i did not request but they could not reimburse my monies. I have had to contact Voxtel via [email protected] and request that i get this money back. Telus has said they will do a follow up with me. Why is Telus letting this company or any company for that matter use my account??
