The policy of store isnt visible to consumer and is informed after purchase on receipt. Made purposesly on paper that ink evaporates after 3 days even in storage, makes receipt unleadgeable. Claims no returns for unlocked phones/international cell phones. Phone i purchased is locked national phone. And is the bulk of phones available to consumer. Was refused refund during 3 day return and sold under presumption and assured would be new phone that is compatable with android phone type that was previously owned with boostmobile. Company that i have paid loyaly on time. Boostmobile refuses to respond and is very unreachable. Only has 1 year warranty for repair of phone. No refund action on behalf of boostmobile. Only complaint made leaving me stuck with an 110.00 purchase of a 2 year old out dicontinued model phone sold to me as new. Now only worth market value 16.50. There are no rules on computer and cellphone companies by gov to regulate and help consumer or fraud and false advertising. Bradway nyc wireless refused to give credit refund or exchange by sales person and manager named johnny L. Nys license #1342175. Would like to receive confirmation of complaint and plan of action from consumer affairs sevices division. At my e-mail (Personal Info Removed) or phone (Personal Info Removed).. Nyc. Am stuck using product when opened by store rep and saiys since phone is taken out of box (even though by rep) is considered used product.
