I have a package being delivered from Florida to Tulsa OK. With tracking I was told it was "out for delivery" on Friday so my wife waited until 1:00 & I came from four hours early from work to make sure someone was there to receive the package.
This was important to me because it is my Fathers day gift & I really wanted it for the weekend. My wife came home at 9:00 to check the tracking because it had not yet arrived & tracking said that the customer had asked that the delivery be delayed.
This was a lie written by a driver who just wanted to go home.
I called UPS and complained and they called 5808 S 118th E Ave. Tulsa OK. Where my package was being held and told them to put it out for me so I could pick it up on Saturday. When I went over there the nice lady who works there went in the back and tried to get my package and it had not been put out.
If I am lucky I guess UPS will deliver my package on Monday the day after Fathers day. So far I have spent $60.00 plus lost four hours at work and I still don't have my package. I had almost the same problem with FED-EX but they made sure I got my package by Saturday morning. I guess from now on I will go back with FED-EX.
