I placed an order with Amazon.com. It was shipped out and they sent me an email with my tracking number. I tracked this package from Indiana to Charlotte, NC and on the day of delivery April 6, the information provied on UPS 's website said the package was delivered at my front door at 2:10 pm. I was home all day, and my front and back door was open, mainly because I was waiting for my delivery from UPS and in anticipation of getting my package. Around 6:00 pm the same day I decided to check the tracking status since I had not seen a UPS driver all day.in the tracking field it was claimed to have been delivered, like I said above, at 2:10 pm. I called customer service at UPS and was told I needed to get in contact with my shipper and they would handle my issue. Being the person I am, I called Amazon, but still was annoyed that they asked me to wait a few days to see if the package arrived. Now I am T.O.'d because it's clear to me that UPS has jacked my package. If you've seen the movie "Next Day Air" when the drivers were opening packages, taking products, etc. And no one to answer "where is my package? It would cause a red flag to go up. Why is it so hard for UPS to check their records, find the no good driver who claimed to have a left a package, and investigate as towhat he or she is really up to. I think UPS is a poor company and should be shut down. My next complaint is with the local Better Business Bureau. Unless absolutely necessary please take your packages to a more reputable shippe
