I went in to look for hookah coals. The Asin girl behind the counter didn't say hello when my gf and I entered. We looked around and then she told us that she had some hookah's in the back. I ended up buying one for almost $100 and when I got home i noticed that it was leaking water from a crack that went down the side where the two pieces of glass were joined together for the base. Also the metal bulb that the hose goes in looked like someone just punched a hole in it with a railroad spike. Not cut a hole for a hose!
I called down and talked to the girl who told me that she wouldn't take it back and didn't care about it leaking that it was my fault! I called a few days later and asked to talk to the manager and she told me she was the manager and to stop calling it wasn't going to make a difference! My friends and I who visit smoke shops in the area daily are never returning to this place! We've also found several others who have complaints about this poorly run smoke shop!
