I ordered a hookah from chunkyglasspipes.com. They claimed the item would take 4-7 days to arrive. Weeks later they sent another email stating the same thing. Finally, a month later I get an email from them cancelling the order. They have no customer service whatsoever. If you want one of their items that badly, go to a local store where you can pay for it in person and walk away with it. They guys have no clue what running a business is all about. It sounded like they succumbed to the overuse of their own product. They give their community a very poor reputation indeed. What a crock!
