I was in Publix (Hollywood Young circle Florida) today (06/01) and I actually witnessed a cashier hit a customer on her hand because she asked for her name to report her to a manager! Unbelievable I could not entrust my eyes... How dare the cashier feel that she can hit a customer. If it were me I would have called the Police and have her arrested on the spot! All I heard the Manager Brian Jackson say to the lady is that he was sorry that it happened. I will not be shopping at publix again if this is how customers are treated. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere!
