I enjoy working at Publix, but not when it comes to being mistreated. I have worked there since September and working with my co-workers is a great opportunity! However, I feel unwanted and mistreated by a manager at Publix. I am so hurt that I feel deep down in my heart that quitting is the right thing to do. I hate to do this, but because of this experience I am dealing with really makes Publix not a great place to work. I am very upset due to our motto "Where Working Is A Pleasure." I hope this improves because I need to make the money for college but not in a manner where I feel left out. The manager who mistreats me shows favortism to their own and it is not right... Not all associates are treated the same by this manager. When I am called in, I gladly accept the offer when I can to make our customers satisfied with the customer service, but I always get negative comments from this manager. On the other hand, customers have been going to other managers of mine saying how great I am; but I am only offered negativity. I am glad I could express how upset I am and I hope this will not be continuous throughout my work until I go to college. Thanks
