I've been coming to this publix for over a year to pick up my prescriptions, and only stop by once a month (the publix closer to my home does not have a pharmacy section) and even though I don't come in everyday, there's a pharmacist who knows me by name. He seemed to have known everybody in the line yesterday and makes every person feel special. Mr. Rey Franco of the pharmacy dept makes my trip to publix an enjoyable experience. He is very knowledgeable about medicines and displays a lot of concern when it comes to talking about health. He is friendly and honest, and doesn't hesitate to go out of his way to make someone feel important. Thank you Publix Pharmacy, I'll be coming back for years!
