Free HD DVR upgrade, Free HD Access - direct tv service

Hi,

I just got Directv installed this morning and found out that I didn't get the HD receiver and free HD access along with my package selection. I requested this during my initial call and was really looking forward to it. When I called customer service I was told that I didn't request it and that I should have checked my confirmation email and in addition I did not set up auto bill pay the day I placed the order. I was never told that I have to set up auto bill pay before the installation appointment and I never received a confirmation email. This is very upsetting since the rep made it sound like it was my fault! I was then told that I can still get the free HD receiver but I still may have to pay for the HD Access. I understand that DIRECTV is in the business to make money, but this is not the way customers should be treated! I want this corrected just like I requested it and just like the advertisement shows. Who in the right mind would not want to take advantage of the FREE HD receiver upgrade as well as the FREE HD Access?!
