Two weeks ago I called in a routine prescription refill to CVS Caremark, provided all the requested information etc. However, two weeks later I called and was told that they had no record of the refill request. I could go to a local CVS pharmacy or they could send by mail but it would take 7-10 business days. I asked to speak to a manager, explaining that I had just four days left, could they send it faster. Sure they could if I paid twice my co-pay. When I asked Daniel, the manager to speak to his boss he said he was it and when I asked for his last name, he said it was "none of my business, " I could use his extension, 55828 to identify him in a written complaint. Terrible service from CVS and especially from Daniel, the manager at extension 55828. Honest to goodness, he said it was "none of my business."
