Prevent!!! This type of person a fraud. I put an order and obtained a confirmation mail. The total amount was $13 greater than the cost after I visited the purchase option. I instantly named them - waited about 15 mins for anyone to get - subsequently questioned concerning the extra charge. They explained it had been duty. They're located in Arizona, I'm in California. I stated - at what price? They might not tell me. Well, $13 on an $82 purchase is waaay a lot more than the standard duty charge. I wanted a termination quickly. They delivered me a record of my request termination. I called again 24 hours later, when I obtained a contact stating the purchase choose to go into manufacturing. I reiteratied that I'd not spend extra as to the I'd caught for, plus they mentioned the extra quantity was duty, customs costs (from Tx?) and insurance. I stated, nicely, I terminated my purchase anyway. Then they advised me they don't stop purchases, regardless of the prublished termination plan on the site. They did provide to return me the "duty" quantity, but wouldn't return the methods charges or insurance. After I asked how they are able to return DUTY as-is needed from the GOVERNMENT they dodged the issue. I reiterated that I had been rescheduling, wrote verification of termination plan AND of my request to stop. They hungup on me. And so I questioned with my charge card organization and documented them towards the state of Florida for tax-fraud, being that they are obvoiusly gathering "fees" and never delivering them towards the proper condition.
