Unauthorized charge, misinformation of contract end date resulting in early cancellation fees, intentionally charging for services not used

Overview: avoid AT&T. I'm today a Tmobile client and thus much have experienced a larger degree of openness in the place of the previous Tmobile.

Issue 1: Early termination because of misinformation by AT&T repetitions.

- Completely alert to agreement termination costs, i named AT&T on numerous events requesting when my agreement ends. The repetitions on 2 events stated that May 12 was the expiration time. After i terminated on April 15, then i obtained your final statement including termination costs. After I named to ask, they informed me the agreement was around in Sept and although they might observe documents of all of the previous calls, they'd not recognize exactly what the previous repetitions had explained, and insisted that i spend the termination charges.

Issue 2: AT&T doesn't eliminate Iphone information ideas whenever a person eliminates the iphone from their consideration.

- after I dropped my iphone, i named to deactivate the point. The repetition deactivated it but didn't advise me the information strategy might be productive. This will be the duty of AT&T to get rid of the program.

Issue 3: comprehending that AT&T could be getting me for my ultimate statement which i questioned, i went online to get rid of the automated cost. AT&T charged me instantly anyways, illegally getting my charge card without permission.
