I went in to the LA Fitness (Dallas / Aurora area) to stop my account in late Sept. They stated they might not stop it at that time, but that I'd need to publish a termination type (that they offered me) for their HQ by snail-mail. I objected and questioned why I really could not stop instantly personally. They claimed it had been their plan. I submitted the shape and received no verification. While my Master Card statement came, I realized that there is another cost dated October 4th. I chose to ignore it, convinced that it took awhile to approach the termination.in November, I examined my Master Card bill online and noticed they had billed me again in November. I named the neighborhood workplace to protest plus they stated my termination have been post-marked in mid-October and due to some 20-day principle I had been billed in December, but wouldn't be billed again. On November 10th, I obtained a contact saying that my termination have been obtained on November 5th. This time around I named the top office and was informed that my termination notice have been post-marked on November 5th, the rough evening of my telephone call towards the regional office. I told the repetition which was a rest. She stated they'd a duplicate of my postmarked cover and questioned easily had delivered my termination notice licensed to show that I'd delivered it in earlier. I mentioned no, but when they might deliver me a duplicate of the postmarked cover I'd not match the cost. She stated she couldn't do this. I stated that I'd WOn't spend the cost and might document a with M/D.
