I ordered the samples in January and was advised would receive them in approx 5 working days. When this did not happen i emailed them i was sent an email advising that they were having shipping problems and that my samples would be with me within the next 5 working days, again this did not happen and again i emailed and again same response this happened one more time and then recently i emailed them demanding all my money back as i have to date not received a single item from them.
Two weeks ago my bank have informed me that payments for £77, £49, and so forth have been taken from my account in the last 4-6 weeks my account has now been cancelled but i will be filing for damages and a full refund of the money they have taken as i have still not received a single item from them.
