I bought some item, recieved them and they are all fake asked for refund as it says on the website its free return first 7 days, emailed them the day i got items saying i wanted to return them, i kept getting excuse after excuse, firstly they offered me 40% of the money back and i could keep the clothes, i refused as i wanted my money back, then they emailed again saying 'ok 60% and keep the clothes, but i still wanted my money back and was very unhappy with the service, third email they agreed to give me my full refund, emailed them what should i should do with the clothes, for them to sort a return for the items, emailed me saying no keep the clothes. Waited for refund onto my card for 4 days nothing happened, emailed them again got an email saying their paypal account is not working for last few days, they asked me to call paypal and get them to refund the money? Like how on earth can i do that, thats classified as fraud! Since that email i email them every single day and no reply whats so ever at all, now they are ignoring my emails and im left with £130 out of poket and with fake items that dont fit.
