I am a student and ordered the small sample products for my mum for christmas. Thet took out £2.97 and £2.95 for the two samples. I thought it was a great little gift until i checked my account on the 28th december to find £74.95 had been taken, I emailed them, no reply, tried the phine number - disconnected... 3rd January a further £79.99 was taken. I went in to my bank and cancelled my card, to find thyat after the card was cancelled they still managed to take another £51.00 from the account. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I have since sent several quite nasty emails to revitaderm, but still no reply and no contact number that works. I found out that they will continue to take money from my account even though I still have not recieved the samples that i ordered and paid for on the 14th December. When purchasing the samples online there was no terms and conditions set with the form and it stated it was a one payment purchase... LIES!!! As stated, I am a student and now in debt with my bank due to revitaderms lack of communication and have no money to get back to university.
