Egal cigs offered a free trial for S&H of 4.95. I searched their website for a catch, because i had seen sites that enroll you in an ongoing membership before. I saw nothing like that. When i received the package, i never opened it, because i had read that the FDA doesn't consider e-cigs safe. I figured, okay, i wasted 4.95. My next credit card bill had a charge for 119.95 and one for a refill at 69.90 that i had just received. I called regal. They agreed to take back and refund the refill minus a 20% restocking fee, but refused to accept the original package back and refused to refund the 199.95. I found it was paid to a bank outside the US.
I am disputing these charges through my credit card company. So far, they have gotten the restocking fee waived. The 119.95 is pending.
