Hi Life Health & Beauty is unethical.

My intent is to prevent as many people as possible from going through what I have been through because of the unethical, immoral and totally unprofessional way this company continues to conduct itself.
I ordered the 'free' trial of Rapid Loss over the phone, giving them my credit card details for the postage ($19).
The free tub arrived along with a box of extra tubs that I was to return if I didn't want to keep them (at my own expense)
I rang HiLife, told them I would nt be keeping the extra box, they told me to send it back to their Sydney address.
I sent the box back from my local PO.
Two months later, HiLife Health & Beauty, without my consent, debited from my credit card $190.00!
After numerous phone calls and emails, they told me that they never received the returned box from me! My integrity was challenged. I am an honest person. It was my word against theirs as the time that had lapsed (2months) I had not kept the receipt from the PO.
According to their manager, I do not have a case as I do not have a receipt! So basically, goodluck?! I informed her that it was unethical to debit money from my credit card without my authorization, she said that I don't have the proof of sending it back so bad luck to me. I sent her a photocopy of my credit card statement proving that I had made a purchase at the PO on the day in question. Still the same response from the Manager, "I don't believe you".
