I purchased a product in December. Three months later more product arrives which I have no memory of soliciting, so I sent the parcel back un opened. However, HiLife still withdrew $99.90 from my mastercard account which they refuse to return - they claim they did not receive the product back even though I have proof that I returned it by Australia Post. When I tried to talk to the Merchant about this the representative hung up on me. So now I'm down $99.90 and no product.
