Premier Membership Club tried to withdraw $99.49 (Serial #9556559) from my bank account without my permission. My bank returned the check and then charged me $37.00 which covered the return check fee. I will be going to my bank in the morning 1/31 and filing an Affidavit of Forgery against Premier Membership Club. My name is Kelly Ambush and this is unacceptable to me. I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and report Premier Membership Club company!
