I ordered a "free sample" (I thought) but was shipped a "full product" and charged $79.95 plus shipping (shipping was much more than they said). I called immediately, got an official "return number" and sent back the unused product in its original box with all required paperwork. I have the tracking number and postal delivery confirmation. I have called and now calls to their 'customer service' 877 number say the call can't go thru due to "telephone facility trouble" and to call again later. The call never goes through. I returned the product in good faith and feel I have been defrauded by false advertising and dishonest practices. My total monetary loss is $89.90 including shipping; I was promised a refund of $74.90. I am mad and cannot afford to lose the money.
