I ordered a "free trial" from Dermitage online. I did not object to paying shipping and handling charges. Upon receipt of the "free" sample, I learned I would automatically be charged monthly for additional product. This was not clearly stated in the online ad.
I contacted the company to cancel and was issued an RMA number and shipping label to return the unused portion/empty bottles in order to cancel any future billing.
Although I returned the product, Dermitage continues to send me e-mail notices stating that I need to return the product or be charged. I have confirmation from the US Postal Service that the product was returned.
The company no longer answers their customer service number making it difficult to resolve this issue.
