This has been a nightmare. I ordered the risk free trial, called within my 14 day trial period and had the product canceled. I was given a confirmation number and a ups label to send back the product. I was told that I had ten days to get them the product back— I was also charged 6.99 for the return shipping, which I agreed to pay.
After the product was shipped back EXACTLY to their specifications, lo and behold, I am charged 80 bucks for it!!! I immediately called customer service and explained what had happened. I had all confirmation numbers, tracking numbers etc. And was told that there was a "miscommunication" and I did not send the product back in time. I was "1 day late"& nevermind the fact that the product could have sat there in the facility unprocessed for any amount of time&
After arguing with a foreign, beligerent agent who said the best he could do was offer me a 30.00 credit— I was transferred to a supervisor—who would not budge - until I said I was ereporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contacting an attorney.
It was at this point I was offered a 50.00 credit and a "free tube" of the product that I can not use— that was it— I am so frustrated at the way they handled this. THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT DO NOT BUY THIS—they get your credit or debit card number and it is a horrific experience—plus the crap does not work at ll— hurts your teeth and hardly whitens them...
