I paid for minutes that weren't loaded to my phone (Not the first time!!!) I was supposed to get 350 min. And got 60. Now their phone immediately goes dead when you try to contact them, AND there's a message on the top of the website saying they're having "technical difficulties" try back in 24 hrs! Tried to send them a email at their support site, came back "message refused"!!! Did the outsourced Indians outsmart the American government and run with our money!?!? Someone please reply and give advice if you got this solved! I have a 2 yr. Old son and this phone is my ONLY way to communicate.
