Assurance phone takes your minutes away in a call that didn’t last one minute. My last call was only 52 seconds and it deducted the minute anyways, a call that lasted. Also sometimes it doesn’t even call or send text messages, there’s the phone icon as if it is calling but there’s no sound and then a message on the screen that the call didn’t get through or something, isn’t this supposed to be an emergency phone, why it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to? If that was me making an emergency call I would have been dead by now because of this stupid bad service. My calls are dropped in the middle of a conversation, and sometimes when im walking you can’t hear very well what it’s being said on the other side. If this is a free service for people in need, at least give them the free to be of quality and make that important call without “technical difficulties” Today I felt like dumping this phone in the garbage, then I remembered im just a broke college girl. Fix the system or don’t give it out at all!
