My sons phone stopped working and we started getting this error 97 message every time we would attempt to send a text message. If you call out, it tells you the number or code is incorrect even when I am dialing my home phone that is in service. I called Kajeet more than a handful of times and spoke with many people even technical support (Daniel). My case was supposed to be escalated to someone above him however I still don't have a call back. Kajeet has made me reset/restore, do all the pound pound number junk and it still says the same thing. I paid for mos use however my son has been a week with no cell and no competent Kajeet support staff to fix the issue. All I care about is having my account reimbursed back or a new phone. This phone is not even a year old. This is messed up!!! I called this A.M. And their computers were down, I called this afternoon and the lady said the technical support guy was with another caller. Wth. They only have one technical support person? I asked for a supervisor. After the lady being gone for 5 minutes she comes back to say the supervisor is in a meeting. Their way of dealing with situations is by them asking you for your phone number and they hope you go away. This company has no idea what they are doing! HORRIBLE customer service!!!
