I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and was send a sponge. Did not receive a refund when it was requested. I filed a complaint through Paypal and was asked to file a police report. The police station told me to file a complaint through the FTC. Long story short "Bye Bye $34.76" I can't figure out why Paypal continues to do business with this company!
