I reported this scam yesterday and filed a dispute with PayPal via their website. The response I got back via e-mail was unacceptable: it told me that they couldn't reverse the transaction because the seller had provided proof of shipment - for a sponge not a pair of shoes. I just called PayPal at 1-888-221-1161 and got an extremely helpful person on the line who immediately refunded my payment. I recommend that anyone who has been burned by this scam and paid through PayPal should call them directly to get a refund and make sure to tell them to eliminate and investigate kelly-mall.info as a fraudulent vendor.
