Ordered shoes and waited a week for shipping info (supposed to ship in 1-2 days). Opened case with PayPal and — surprise! — the sponge (!) was shipped the same day. After many calls, PayPal has agree to refund the purchase price, and we don't even have to send the sponge back to China. I think it should be sent to a toxic waste facility. Who knows what's in it. This scam has been going on long enough for PayPal to figure this out, but instead of refusing to make payment, they go ahead. The scammer is hoping that the period for making claims expires before the scammed figure it out and open a case.
Why isn't this international fraud being handled by the Feds? They are using U.S. Mail to do this.
