Purchased a pair of shoes. Trusted the site because they used PayPal and i figured i had buyers protection if i didnt receive the shoes. Well, a month later, shoes still not received. I contacted them, they told me to wait, there was a problem and they were resending and it would take two week. I waited, then contacted them again. This time my emails were not returned, so i filed a complaint with Paypal. Then, guess what? Paypal closed my case because it was THREE DAYS after the 45 day cut off. Exactly what Kelly Mall had known which is why they told me they were resending, so they would have me wait another week before I filed a complaint. Smart and malicious thieves. The funny thing is that I too received a ten cent shower cap in the mail. It was either their way of saying "ha ha, fooled you!" or it was their way of confirming that SOMETHING was sent via the mail to my address. Im totally infuriated that a company that has scammed so many people that the complaints appear above their actual address on google is still being serviced by PayPal. Shame on Kelly Mall and shame on PayPal and shame on me for trusting PayPal.
