These idiots can not deliver a piece of furniture without damaging it. They have no clue what is expected from a delivery service. They attempted to deliver my furniture THREE times and every time, it was damaged. I think they tried to repair one of them and it looked like something my 5 year old could have done. They started ignoring my calls for my furniture after the third attempt. I guess they were embarassed. The company I purchased my furniture from refunded my money in full but said they've never been able to collect a dime from HEP Direct for furniture they damaged. If they call to make a delivery appointment with you - DONT ALLOW THEM TO ENTER YOUR HOME.
