I purchased a piece of furniture in California in February. I contracted UPS to deliver the piece to Arizona. The furniture arrived damaged. UPS picked up the piece and upon inspection claimed the damage was caused by insufficent packaging. I paid $429 for the furniture and another $197 to deliver it. The piece was sent back to the purchase location in California. I'm out $626 and I have nothing to show for it. I'm in the process of filing a small claims suit to attempt to recover my losses.
