I placed an order on April 23 and was given a delivery date of June 11. After several deliveries, i now only have one piece of furniture. A love seat that was damaged and had to be repaired by a repair tech that appeared at my home with a crayon and spray paint.
As for the rest of the furniture, it was unacceptable and i refused it. The furniture never made it up my stairs into my home because i inspected the furniture outside. Therefore, the damages on the furniture were not caused by bringing it up my stairs. It's been over 2 months and i have no living room furniture. I would like to speak to someone about that. All i have gotten is "i'm sorry for your inconvenience.".
