Bought furniture from Milano Furnishings 2 months back. Promised to deliver the furniture in 1 week. Didn't get the furniture on the expected delivery date. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that will miss the delivery date.
After repeatedly calling them, they delivered part of the furniture after 4 weeks. After 2 more weeks, they delivered 1 more piece of furniture. The remaining furniture was not delivered for more than 2 months. They don't return your phone calls to find the status of your order
They kept making repeated excuses saying that the truck has not yet arrived. The issue that I have is "why did they promise me in the first place" and they took my money.By the way, I shelleed out $8000 for furniture with them
Don't ever make the mistake of buying furniture from them!!!
