Whatever you do, DO NOT buy anything from furniture-zoo.com. You will get scammed!!!
My wife and I ordered a sofa and love seat combo. When the furniture arrived (and it arrived 2 weeks late) it was damaged. We refused the delivery as we were told to do if the furniture was damaged. I immediately tried to call furniture-zoo to let them know. No one answered the phone and I was sent to voicemail. I would have left a message, but their voicemail mailbox was full. I then wrote a detailed email to furniture-zoo about what happened and asked what I should do next.
I never heard back from furniture-zoo. I've since called dozens of times and have sent many many emails to every email address listed on their site. Only once was I able to leave a message on their voicemail because every other time the mailbox was full.
Anyway, I've been trying for over a month to get in touch with them. To this day, no one has called me back, no one has returned an email and my money has not been refunded.
Please do not help unethical people like this stay in business. Do not buy from furniture-zoo.com!!!
