The person called my landline telephone stating that they knew there was a problem with my computer and that there was a trojan virus on it that was causing problems. They were trying to instruct me to go to my computer and see for myself and they would help me. I then asked the man to tell me again his first and last name. He told me it was Allen Sam. I asked where the company that he works for was located and he said, "Washington, D.C." I asked for a phone number on which I could return his call should I need their services he gave me the 1 800 212 3210 phone number. I asked him to tell me again the name of the trojan virus that was on my computer and he told me "csrss. Exe" I then told him thank you and if I need the services of the company that I would call them back and that they were not to call me again. This is the second time that they called me.
