I received a phone call from Global Connect Cloud and they tried to say my computer was infected and that I had to go to my computer to get it solved. I took my computer to the place where I bought it years ago and I found out this is a SCAM. The company, Global Connect Cloud claimed that they are connected with Microsoft. As well as the $211.87 I paid them, I am also suing them for $254.00 because that is the amount I had to pay to get my computer fixed.
