A representative from Global Connect Cloud called up on 12 May and told me of risk to my computer. He also told me about the tech support plans, worried about my computer, I purchased a plan of my choice. He took access and cleaned up my system.installed anti virus software and gave me service. 2 days later i faced trouble in accessing my PC, I called at the given number and a person answered the call. He listen to my problem and refered to my purchased plan, he was good enough to handle the problem and saved my system
