I purchased tickets for the Nutcracker Ballet to take my 84 year old mother and daughter when I tired to print the tickets it wouldn't let me. I tried to contact them but got no response until 2 days after the event. They said sorry but no refunds. It was there fault. They refused any refund and have the worst service ever. Don't use them unless you want to get ripped off.
