I signed upfor a free checking acct last year (free mind you), in november they without my consent changed me to a premiun acct, and in november started charginging me 15.00 pert month of service

I opened up a checking acct wellsfargo bank in a freechecking account, in 2011 they changed me to a premier checking account without my consent, stated charging me 15.00 per month since last november willnot chgange my acct back, even worse will not put my 15.00 per monthback into my acct, now thats fraud and a rippoff, i dont know where to go, im gonna be in the red soon, please someone refer me a attorney quick at thankyou
