To: About Ballet’s Management, I Wonder if I will ever be surprised someday and see this delivered to my doorstep?
I ordered a 1 x 12' Trampoline Tent (TRT-1204) = $129.95Sub-Total: $129.95 US shipping $51.98 Total: $181.93 on Tuesday 08 May Order Number: 349. This was paid in full on the order date. TO THIS DATE - IT HAS NEVER been delivered. It is now 5 years later and several bazillion attempts to contact About Ballet via email and phone (the mailbox has always been full, so I can't ever leave a message)!!! I would like to know what became of the order for the tent (below) that I placed on May 08. It was supposed to have been a birthday present for my daughter and never came, so needless to say, it was a real disappointment that I will never forget or forgive them for. It was never delivered - nor has anyone ever responded to any of my emails - probably over 50 by now. About Ballet took my money without batting an eye. Isn't that robbery or fraud? I keep sending them emails - several per year -every year - for the last 5 YEARS! I guess they just ignore them. I was going to turn them to the BBB, but was told they cannot help since it has been past one year. I just don't see HOW AboutBallet.com can operate like that and have a clear conscience. I would NOT! Not! Not! Recommend ANYONE shop there!!!
